I have lots of Norwex microfibre cloths and use them all the time in the kitchen when cooking and also for cleaning. It's been about 2 years since they lost their absorbency and ability to dry water and spills. We don't wash with soap, I use soap balls. When they stopped absorbing, a lady from Norwex advised throwing them away and buying new ones that only last 2 years. Instead I ordered this cleaner, boiled water mixed with some cooler water, poured into a bucket and soaked about 10 rags and let them soak for a couple of hours, then rinsed until all the soap was gone, then hung to natural drying up. It really helped get rid of the stains and they were more absorbent too, I did a really good job letting them dry in the garage. Now they are back to normal. I love norwex clothes, they are like new again.
