I bought this for my Kenmore dishwasher which had TERRIBLE designed casters in the top basket - they were held in place by flimsy plastic clips. First the left front broke, then before I could repair/replace, the right front broke. There's really no way to fix this (at least not without re-gluing the old parts. Maybe you could build something yourself, but it would need to be able to withstand constant hot water). IN ANY CASE. That's why I needed this piece. You can't just buy new casters, you have to buy a whole new "frame" that the casters are attached to. And so far it's been a good buy. First of all, the price was right. Much cheaper than the Kenmore part (which wasn't even in stock anyway). They are VERY easy to install. I didn't need instructions; I just took apart the old parts and remembered how to put them back together. The fit is just right. The reels roll well. The build quality seems to be good. Notably, the reels are held in place by a solid metal bolt rather than plastic clips. Only time will tell if it holds up better, but I have to trust that it will. Anyway, I recommend them!
