I bought it thinking that the bag was the same as the others, with an internal spring. But no, it totally depends on the thickness of the material like canvas. It makes a bit of noise when in use and difficult to make it look nice in a corner as it keeps the shape it was originally folded into. Basically ok for the price, but I would go for a soft, springy fabric.
