Great system for easy searching data. Easy to use program that has lots of options when it comes to setting alerts. I have had no issues yet with this program. Seems very simple & straightforward so far! Have set multiple emails out to various groups in the past but found an easier way to send emails than doing so through other programs. Also, great customer service if you ever need it! Highly recommend trying this software out! As an example, we use these systems to look at leads/inquiries within different categories. We then split up into many different departments (customer service, sales admin, etc). This makes tracking all those areas much more organized! Avalon provides a powerful solution to our business. I have been working with Avalon for the past 9 months and have been able to implement a solution that fits our business needs. Avalon always listens to our needs and provides a solution. I have not been able to find a dislike for Avalon. I am able to use Avalon to analyze information to ensure that our business has the data it needs to be successful. Avalon has been able to provide a solution to our business.
