Review on ☕ Nespresso Essenza Plus BEC320BLK1BUC1 by Breville: The Perfect Coffee Machine (Black) by Vanessa Johnson

I was excited to try out my new car. Water tank cleaned and filled, switched on, engine heard.and.and.NOT! nothing has happened. I called Nespresso (waited 30 minutes) and finally spoke to a representative. She walked me through some troubleshooting approaches. Nothing. She suggested leaving hot water in the cut. Over night. She said she would call me back at 9am to follow up. 9, 9:15, 9:30; 10:00 No call. I decided to call. Another 35 minutes of waiting and another member of staff walked me through the same troubleshooting steps. and finally. No nothing. I sent it back to have it replaced (thought it might be a defective item). I will update this when I get a new one. Update: Nespresso sent me another one BEFORE they received my "broken" one. this is a great rest. Now the car is perfect and the coffee is fantastic. 5 Stars. I highly recommend this car
