Ordered 2 of these at the end of December 2017. It's December 1st, 2018 and one of the bulbs died a week ago. I thought LEDs would last a lot longer, but oh well. I wanted to bring out the dead and found a rusty mess. The LED assembly just fell out of the screw body and dangled from the wires. I cut the wires to make room for the work of pulling the housing out of the gas cap connector, but the metal is so cheap it just snapped when I pulled and twisted it with pliers, even with the largest one Part of the rust crumbled torn like wet cardboard. Metal shouldn't do that! The other side did the same. This cheap crap has cost me the hood of my tank because I can't even get the threaded part of these lights out of the socket in pieces. I have a tank of fresh water, not salt water, and the stuff has rusted like it's been on the ocean floor for decades, not a drop of condensation in less than a year. I have NEVER had this problem with CFL bulbs. My tank cap was over 10 years old and there is no trace of rust on any of its metal parts. I am angry!
