Terrible update for phones and accessories
Speaker volume is terrible. In addition, about 30% of the time the phone does not register the store keys (e.g. press 5 to cook a product, press 7 to talk to support, etc.). In a hands-free headset, you can barely hear the people on the other end. I would like to return the old device, but it didn't have an option to block calls, which is the only thing about this model. Look elsewhere, this is not a good model update. That's why I'm writing this review as I've only had this for about 3-4 months and can't stand it so I'm looking for another phone. I go to the recycle bin, although it still works. .
