When I bought this kit I thought I might need brackets to mount a pair of 2.5" SSDs that I have installed in some PCs. As it turns out I didn't, but the brackets would come in handy in some other setups and will be used sooner or later. However, the screws were definitely needed and the cables provided were a real bonus as I ended up having an extra one required transmission cable data The included cables made this kit a solid value. highlighted.
