This is a complete protective gear set for children. I bought it so my little one could learn to ride a bike without a training wheel. The helmet is a bit loose for a 4 year old but holds up well with the seat belt on. other gear knee elbow has straps that can be adjusted to fit perfectly. The color of the material does not fade even after washing. I've been using it for a month, no complaints, I hope it lasts a few years. Bought 1 more to give away.
