The product is quite light, well thought out and durable. The drill itself hardly vibrates, especially at low speeds. Bits can be easily replaced and securely fixed. The ONLY issue I am currently having is that it would shift for me when I was in manual mode. Luckily I had low settings and they didn't fluctuate too much, but I don't want this to happen on a regular basis. Update: The drill jumps to speed if the bug doesn't switch to the next speed. He doesn't hesitate. However, I'm not as excited as I was when I started. The drill gets stuck and requires higher top speeds to remove polish or product. With gel polish, I often find myself at 12 RPM or higher to smoothly remove the product.
