Update 28th August Support was quick to respond to my email (same day) on how to fix/reach a loose screw on the stand. Installed in minutes and made sure the screw was really tight. Cannot give 5 stars as the bolt should loosen after 5-6 rides or not at all as no instructions were included to fix this occasionally known quality control issue of the bolt not being tightened enough during assembly at the factory, and access to it is not obvious. You could put a paper insert in the box with a diagram of how to tighten that screw if it's loosening, so a $1,000 buyer's phone doesn't break when it hits the road. I'm lucky this didn't happen. +++++++ First review 8/26. This is the perfect solution for what I wanted - the Note10 fits into the mount, mounts easily and securely to the handlebars or top tube, smooth mount positioning, stable while riding. .Would give 5 stars here if it weren't for the loosening of the carry trough on the underside, which is connected to the ball joint mount. (Watch the video how it wobbles). I couldn't wiggle it before; it was tight but now it's quite loose. I'm not sure if the stand won't separate and fall to the ground with my phone when I'm going down the road at 15 mph, so I won't be using it again. (The base clamping part with the ball joint attached to the handlebar is still ok.) The support has resulted from the last two rides (a total of 8 rides on paved paths/roads in a city with typical bumps). I have an MTB with front and rear shocks. I don't need to tighten anything (nut/bolt/swivel stand) on the stand part so it doesn't seem repairable. Try contacting customer service to see if you can fix it yourself or get a replacement stand or refund. Will update the review with the results.
