My previous bike rack (different brand) broke. The plastic and spring components only lasted about two years. What I love about this replacement mount is how easy it is to install (literally in seconds) and the phone holder is just stretchy rubber and not tiny plastic components. As long as the rubber holds up, it seems like it's giving my Galaxy 10 phone a solid grip.

Unpacked immediately. The add-on says it works with any smartphone, even one with a protective case. It won't stretch that far without breaking. Rubber is not very durable. I'll send it back for my money back. i will look better The rod clamp looks very good and can be mounted in seconds. I was afraid that the rubber would burst again and the phone would fall off. I'm looking for a bike setup.

I love cycling. I use an app on my iPhone to show my time and distance. Didn't have a good place to store my phone while driving. If I had had it in my pocket, I would not have seen it while driving. The Cawcar handlebar mount is the perfect solution for me. My iPhone 11 fits snugly and comfortably in a handy holder. The entire unit attaches to the handlebars very quickly by turning the knob. Bought for my husband for bike rides. Installed on a bike stem that is larger in circumference than the clamp. However, managed to clamp and clamp it 3/4 of the stem fairly securely. I was able to tighten it just enough that it wouldn't move or vibrate. The rubber grips also hold the phone in place well. One star because it almost cost me my phone. A screw is hidden under the concave rubber fitting to the ball joint. It wasn't factory tight and on my first ride my phone fell and missed it by a couple of inches before I could get it out. Pull out this rubber mount and check the screw. This worked great for me when I used it with my exercise bike. I had an issue installing it on my bike and riding through the bumpy streets of New York. Update 28th August Support was quick to respond to my email (same day) on how to fix/reach a loose screw on the stand. Installed in minutes and made sure the screw was really tight. Cannot give 5 stars as the bolt should loosen after 5-6 rides or not at all as no instructions were included to fix this occasionally known quality control issue of the bolt not being tightened enough during assembly at the factory, and access to it is not obvious.
