This worked great for me when I used it with my exercise bike. I had an issue installing it on my bike and riding through the bumpy streets of New York. First, I hit a bump and felt an uncomfortable vibration in the steering wheel. I quickly stopped to make sure the handlebar mount was secure and tight, then I made sure the spinner was secure and tight, as were both of them. I kept driving, and as the roads got bumpier and bumpier, the vibration of the phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) became very strong. It's not about the mounts, it's about the rubber holster. The holster is obviously flexible because it needs to fit multiple phones, but the fact of the matter is that the flexibility only makes your phone a ping-pong ball against the holster when you hit bumps. The vibration got so bad that after about 10 miles on my bike I decided I needed to remove it from the mount and put the phone in my pocket to protect the phone from damage. Again, if you use this home bike rack, it will work perfectly. I would never recommend this for true outdoor cycling unless the roads you ride are as smooth as glass. I bought this product because of all the great reviews I read, but I feel like a lot of these reviews are based on the fact that if you write a review following the instructions in the box, you get a free item. Very disappointing.
