This product is a great idea - a brilliant concept and at a very affordable price (compared to consumer products like SCUF). Installation was easy and straightforward thanks to the video they have on Youtube. All in all, the installation took me about 15 minutes. The R1/L1 buttons worked properly and had a nice tactile "click". However, I noticed that the L2/R2 buttons are not fully depressed. They will work, but I had almost no tactile sensation no matter how hard I pressed. I noticed an edge interference on the L2/R2 triggers that prevented the trigger from being fully depressed. It interferes with the clean bet going into the R1/L1 flip-flops. This problem can easily be solved by grinding the protrusions flush with the main body as shown in the picture. After the fix I got a good tactile feel from the R2/L2 triggers as well as full intended travel. Not sure if this affects every DualSense model, but I had a JDM-040 model. Can't give it 5 stars due to design flaws but 4 because everything else works great and for $15 it's an easy upgrade for FPS players.
