The support team at Athentis is very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help us find solutions when we need it! We have used several of the product offerings from Athentis over time for various projects within our organization. I can't say that there was anything really bad about any one of those applications but I do believe that they are all good tools to use. Our organizations IT department has been able to utilize these programs effectively for many years now. It does not matter which program you choose, you will be satisfied once your project gets underway. Having multiple options to work with allows my organization to make sure everyone is happy with what's being implemented.
