This is a new version. Dorman 599-260 revised. Both will work.
My 2000 Tahoe had a dead panel. No heating, no air conditioning, not even indicator lights on the control panel. The fuses, HVAC controls, fan motor, and drives were all checked, so that was the only option left. Replace it in just 5 minutes without using any tools. Remove the dashboard bezel, press the tabs on the dashboard and pull to access the connector. Push, pull, turn off. Insert the connector into the new module, press until it clicks into place, replace the front panel. Made. Enjoy cool air.
