Filter change unclear

I've been using this system for 1 1/2 months and I'm satisfied with the water quality. However, I have no idea how to change the filter because I tried to unscrew the housing and it didn't work. Even my strong man couldn't do it. We called the company and were told that we might be able to unscrew the case after using the device for a while. Although I can't understand this answer. So not 5 stars, but 4.
