On two orders, the outer case mounting holes were not drilled and aligned correctly to allow for the installation of the outer case mounting screws. I received 3 cases in one order with this problem. After informing SSK about the problem, I still received a product with the same problem on my next order. If you need it for a one-time cloning application, the $8.99 USB Micro-B case might work just fine without properly securing the outer case. If you need it for your intended use as a remote drive, choose another option. The SSK product with USB-C connector ($12.99) has an identical outer case, just with properly drilled holes in the case, this product, but everything I received had holes drilled. Most $8.99 orders I've received have had both holes drilled incorrectly and had to be returned. In some cases it was possible to install one of the two screws and I used them, but the external case mount is loose and I wish I'd returned it and ordered the SSK USB C cases ($12.99).
