Very versatile projector. I mainly use it as an extra monitor for my computer and for watching movies. The projector is small enough to carry in the same backpack I carry my MacBook Pro in (hand luggage on planes, etc.). It's big enough to have a bright bulb and high resolution. I trade stocks and futures contracts and use a beamer for charts. For these purposes I needed a high-resolution display. This projector does its job perfectly. I was abroad for half a year and used the projector as a second monitor that projected onto the wall of my apartment. I mounted it on a camera tripod. There is some fan noise in normal or bright mode, but I was happy with the brightness even in the middle of the day in economy mode, which is almost silent. I've also used it to project movies onto a large wall and have been very happy with the results. I use external speakers and can't comment on the internal ones. When I returned to the US, I had a problem with my device. Although it could have been caused by travel or my new setup, it was still under warranty. The service department repaired it under warranty and sent it back very quickly. I have been using the projector for about 9 months now and am very satisfied with its performance and the work of AAXA's customer service department. I would recommend this device as a portable projector (but not a tiny pico projector that fits in the palm of your hand). I also recommend AAXA for their excellent customer support.
