Cheap unreliable replacement hdd cord, beware.
I bought this cord to replace the old hdd cord for my late 2011 Macbook Pro. For a week and a half it worked, then I smelled something burning in my laptop and it ceased to power up. When I opened the Macbook to inspect the burning smell, this cord was frayed and burnt.
