I don't bother to write bad reviews but this one needs to be written. Okay, the hardware looks pretty good, but the software and manual are TERRIBLE. Seriously, has to be one of, if not the worst guide and software I've ever come across and I'm in the technology business. Nothing goes together! Ports, how to access them, nothing. I was finally able to run it in a browser, but felt like the UI was designed in the 80's. Seriously terrible. The ad says 4K, but when I accessed it through a browser, all I could get to work was 640 x 480 - it was awful, pixelated and slow. We use RTSP over Tiny Cam Pro. The other cameras we hooked up immediately delivered the expected image - this one did NOT. After playing with it for almost an hour, we gave up. Again, the leadership is not good. It mentions "may work with TinyCam Pro" but doesn't offer any help on how to connect it. Doesn't work with their app! At least not without a fuss. When adding cameras to Annke Vision, the first thing you will be asked for is a QR code. THERE IS NOTHING ON THIS PRODUCT. I never got it to work with the app - useless. Had to send it back, there are MUCH better products out there for $. Don't waste your time or money on this, it's absolute rubbish, if I could give the software -10 stars I would.
