Review on UptimeMate by Benjamin Robinson

The support team is very helpful, responsive & proactive in their approach towards solving customer queries/issues via tickets or emails at times when it suits them best! Nothing much so far but I have had some initial problems with my account getting locked out for no reason (which was resolved by an agent within minutes) - overall great experience though- would recommend this product as its easy enought even non techie users can use without hassle once they get started using things properly! Would love if there were more features like integrated analytics platform which could be used along side uptimemates monitoring toolkit - we run multiple sites across different domains etc all monitored through one dashboard where customers receive alerts about any downtime of our servers /sites.- also would really benefit from being able to monitor services such as wordpress blogs hosted elsewhere too- otherwise excellent service provided thusfar!! It's been fantastic having someone who knows what he does looking over.
