Excellent monitoring tool that has been flawless and user-friendly

You can monitor uptimes of many servers from one dashboard, which is great for managing multiple hosting accounts! It's also pretty easy set up with no coding required (other than creating an API key). The support team was very helpful in getting me started so I didn't have any problems at all during installation or setup; they were quick responses via email/phone as well whenever needed throughout my trial period too - excellent service overall!! Great Service and Product Just Needs Expanded Features

The support team is very helpful, responsive & proactive in their approach towards solving customer queries/issues via tickets or emails at times when it suits them best! Nothing much so far but I have had some initial problems with my account getting locked out for no reason (which was resolved by an agent within minutes) - overall great experience though- would recommend this product as its easy enought even non techie users can use without hassle once they get started using things properly…

  • i do think that most other companies need work here before comparing themselves against u&m..i'm not sure how else these guys keep up wth demand given growth potential..maybe just better staffing? :).also nice tech people available 24x7 hours online ready willing+ableto assist you quickly wherever possible !(and often!)

Exceptional Support At A Great Price For Outsourcing

I like how easy it is for me to send emails with my service alerts, as well as being able to use all of their reporting tools once notified about an issue in case something needs fixing right away! They have also been very responsive over email when contacting them during business hours (US Central time). Their support team sometimes has trouble understanding English or seems unaware some things may be helpful/needed by customers who speak other languages than American English. It would help if
