I like how easy it is for me to send emails with my service alerts, as well as being able to use all of their reporting tools once notified about an issue in case something needs fixing right away! They have also been very responsive over email when contacting them during business hours (US Central time). Their support team sometimes has trouble understanding English or seems unaware some things may be helpful/needed by customers who speak other languages than American English. It would help if they had more translations available so we could notify users from different countries using our own language instead of having to rely upon theirs which often doesn't fully translate into any non-English speaking country's native tongue. We're solving many problems at one location including hosting several apps via AWS EC2 instances - not just web servers but databases too. Our uptimes can greatly impact whether or not these services remain operational and continue.
