At first I was pleased with these mugs, when they arrived they seemed very thick and strong and none of them were broken or cracked. Glasses in just 2 days and hand washing only, two cracks on the glass. The attached photo was taken after noticing the cracks and immediately pouring my drink and throwing the glass away. I'm not sure if it was caused by using hot water to wash my hands, but now I'm worried about how others will keep up with heavy use. I wanted to engrave some mugs to use as gifts but I'm afraid to give them away when they break so easily. upset.
