Soft material Good quality I 5'3 145 Compression Bandage Ah not as strong as a compression bandage it needs to hold your bowels and this product and suck is not suitable So if you want nice seamless tights great, if you just go for compression you will be disappointed Ordered size is small I would say for my height I should take a medium size but this product could be a bit bigger so i can wear small the only scam they like to roll up i don't really like it so i returned it but overall a good product
