A Disappointing Trip to the Store: The RipGrip

Unfortunately, my most recent attempt at purchasing from RipGrip did not go as planned. The online shop leaves a lot to be desired, but they have a fantastic assortment of wall art, posters, and prints. The website, to begin with, is disorganized and difficult to use, making it frustrating to try to find certain information. I spent a lot of time looking for the precise prints I wanted because it was difficult to find my way around the many categories. The ordering procedure was just as difficult. I had a hard time understanding the checkout procedure, and it took me a while to finally finish my transaction. Unfortunately, the prints I received were not quite as vivid or high-quality as I had hoped. Given the exorbitant costs, the fact that several of them were pixelated and hazy was a letdown. Last but not least, I found customer service to be unresponsive and useless when I attempted to contact them about my problems. Frustratingly, they didn't seem to give a hoot about my problems. In general, RipGrip is not a store I would suggest patronizing. Some of the prints are interesting, but the store as a whole is unimpressive, and the prices are too expensive. Go somewhere and save yourself the trouble.
