You should be ashamed of yourself. - Cycling

Put simply, the assembly was clearly misaligned and incompetent. Any QA service could have recorded this, but there doesn't seem to be one. Don't entrust your child's life to him. One screw was clearly misaligned and overtightened, the other not tightened. This type of stress on ABS plastic can result in a crack and catastrophic fracture, causing the child to fall. I almost broke my wrist with a power tool trying to fix the knot. My own weight of 195 pounds was not enough to overcome the misaligned screw. Thankfully, I stayed cautious and kept a loose grip. My advice. Do not sell any product to children aged 9 months to 2 years without first checking the quality of your work. You are not doing the right thing. You deserve to be off the list. Do not buy this product if you care about your child, he obviously doesn't care.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
