This whole crap took 5 months! The 90 warranty window passed comfortably. I called a third party and had a bit of an argument about their company behind their products. He said I would have to take it to a repair shop to have a new microphone and camera installed. I told him I knew it would cost more than the laptop itself. He said it was around $40. Guess what the Report Store said. Exactly what I knew from the ban. It costs $300, and the laptop will never be as powerful as it was before. DO NOT BUY! Save yourself the hassle of spending money. Buy new, not third party
