I was hesitant to buy a Chromebook for fear of not being able to install Windows programs, but so far I've been very impressed. It was very quick to set up and sync all my Google account information. The ability to install Google apps is great. It's light, runs fast, and appears to have a long-lasting battery. Shipping wise it was very well packaged and is in 9/10 condition with just a small stain on the top of the lid.

So the laptop is very portable, easy to use and quite fast. The problem is that I bought it as a Christmas present so I didn't open or test it when I got it. Upon opening it, we found that the webcam was not working. We tried all the solutions we could find on the internet but nothing worked. I tried contacting the seller and they are almost useless. I have another Chromebook, but it has an 11 inch screen. I was surprised that this one has the best battery life with a 14 inch screen. I mostly surf the web, so I don't need all the slowness and hassles that come with Windows 10.

This whole crap took 5 months! The 90 warranty window passed comfortably. I called a third party and had a bit of an argument about their company behind their products. For some things I need Bluetooth. This device won't run Bluetooth without completely stealing my Wi-Fi bandwidth. I get down 12m but turn on Bluetooth and I fall to 1m or less. So it is impossible to watch YouTube videos. Even just listening to music on BT, albeit not as harsh, still results in audio stuttering/stopping and starting.
