Great idea, poor quality control and execution.
As many other reviews have said, this really is the only way to get grommets deeper into projects without using a hand and a hammer. Everything is fine, as is the design. However, the quality really leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered one and the 3/16 punch got stuck on the hole it fits. Then I tried to install the loop. It looked terrible. I thought I just needed more practice. So I installed about 20 on several different materials of different thicknesses. They all looked like crap from behind and felt sharp. I ordered a replacement, same problems,
