I wanted to upgrade my existing 1 gang panel to a 2 gang panel to add more Cat 6 ports and while I liked the look of the Decora, the Larger inserts either have so few trapezoidal holes that you can't fit very many (often 3 per aisle) or some of them are so close together that not all are usable (most 4+ port plates). Oddly enough, even those who *don't* use these inserts still have the keystone holes positioned as if they would use them, causing the same problem. Enter this plate: 12 keystone jacks (good number, hooray!) *and* more or less evenly spaced. Unlike some other panels, I've had no problem installing multiple Cat 6 connectors side-by-side in either direction (I used a few different styles because I used one from a previous install and installed some new ones as part of it; none there were no problems). ). I've included some empty keystones to leave room for future expansion and also added an HDMI keystone for another purpose. Everything works fine and fits! If I had one complaint it would be the screws - they are visible and the Philips head is arguably uglier than the traditional pan head screws found on most tablets. (I would have preferred "screwless" panels if I could, but most of them either require Decora inserts with whatever panels you want and are prone to the above issue, or they didn't look much better with screw covers visible out, and some reviews mention that they don't fit in the low voltage bracket I was planning to use.) They can be expensive if you need a lot, but I only needed one for a specific heavy use area. Recommend it to anyone looking for the same thing! If you need fewer ports, most one-gang solutions are cheaper, and if you have aesthetic concerns other styles are available, but not so many that all ports can be used equally.
