This chopping board is perfect for small tasks. It's super easy to clean and the rim collects excess sap that doesn't end up on my white quartz countertop. What I like best is that it doesn't scratch or get dirty like the other small board I bought. that I want to give up in order to replace them with these. After weeks of almost daily use, including slicing nectarines, avocados, etc., it looks almost new. I never knew there were different types of plastic used for boards like this and the cheaper one is definitely not very good and I'm worried that with all the cuts and stains it's not that hygienic.
