It's easy for me as an admin user or even a customer service rep with very little training to access our accounts in order to monitor them. I like that it allows us at work to have multiple people who each handle their own section (i.e., Sales/Marketing, Finance) so we don't always need to be together if one person misses something. The interface could use some improvements but overall this works well enough for what my team needs. We are able to see where money has been spent which helps keep sales up since they know how much product was sold compared to other products offered by competitors.
