Good investment for any mechanic
I have a classic car and this is an inexpensive but reliable way to protect the paintwork from scratches on the belt buckle and buttons whilst under the hood. Most of the time the car is covered, but even in the garage it's stored in I keep them in spots where someone might hit the fender while driving by. Magnets keep it in place.
