Good quality but not effective for me

I ordered this after a friend my age (early 50's) said it really helped her. Arrived nicely packaged, each glass is wrapped in a napkin and has its own storage space. The glasses appear to be durable. However, when I tried using them to apply makeup, they were not effective for me. It was very uncomfortable trying to put the lens on one eye to see the other! I have better luck with cheap reading glasses that I can avoid. I have decided to return these.
