Quality product but the harness connector was smaller than the original and had one wire less. I managed to put it back in place and attached it to the Toyota Sienna Van. However, the mirror moves side to side to adjust, not up and down - you'll have to manually adjust this when you stop. It was pretty easy to install. You need to remove the rubber cover and insert it first, then slide the mirror over the cover and then it will fit properly in the groove on the door frame. Otherwise, it's a call to shove it in place. I'm happy with that. It does the job and costs far less than the $164 the auto parts store was asking for it and far less than the dealership is charging for a replacement (about $300 from what I remember)! Otherwise it looks good and works almost the same as the original mirror (except for the mirror adjustment up and down).
