This is not plug and play at all. It took me a while to install them, I had to buy extra cables as the incoming cables weren't long enough to install properly. I had to spend an extra $70 on tools and wiring to get it working. If you already have some wiring in your garage, as well as stripping tools and plastic wire protectors along with heat shrink, those costs can go down significantly. I bought these lights for $60 plus $70 of additional stuff I had to buy to make it work came out to $130. I ran wires to my car's firewall so the control box would be inside where it wouldn't be damaged by water (the control box isn't waterproof at all, so keep that in mind when installing it). All in all these lights make my car very visible in the crowd, the fact that I can signal the sidecars that I want to make a turn makes life a lot easier because my car doesn't have side markers on the side to signal me want to turn and the daytime running lights look amazing with the 6000,000 headlights I have installed. Reversing lights are a great help to see your back in dark places. PS: My first block didn't work. The left light didn't work, it turned out the control box didn't work, but I replaced it and everything works great. I've had it for a few months now and it makes life a little bit easier.
