Installation is a bit difficult. The lighting stopped working after 3 days. I thought it might be the ecu and not the headlights so instead of returning it I bought a new set. When I received it, I swapped the control units. Yes. They worked again. Difficult to install if you don't have a foil with connector leds, but most of all very easy to assemble, no need to drill a hole. Also, this 3mm tape is very durable and the product itself looks very cool. I would love to give this daytime running light 5 stars but this is my second set of lights after replacing the first. Both kits started having the same DRL flickering issue after about 6 months. On the side of my car, the headlights look great, but after a while the DRLs start flickering and eventually stop working. Turn signals and reversing lights continue to work without problems. This is not plug and play at all. It took me a while to install them, I had to buy extra cables as the incoming cables weren't long enough to install properly. I had to spend an extra $70 on tools and wiring to get it working. If you already have some wiring in your garage, as well as stripping tools and plastic wire protectors along with heat shrink, those costs can go down significantly.
