Windows 10 updates break keyboard software

I bought it on December 24, 2018. Arrived in test packaging, the box has no dents and works perfectly. I had to take the time to transfer the macro to the cloud drive as my gaming PC doesn't have a DVD drive to read the disc. Basically plug and play, and the default keyboard shortcuts are the same as on a regular keyboard. This can be changed in the software after installation. However, the software runs in full dark mode, which is fine, but the fonts in the software don't contrast, making it difficult to see the name of the profiles you're using, as well as the macro-binding removal icons. Hovering over a previous anchor brings up a trash can icon that's barely visible. The white symbol on the orange also does not contrast. If the icon's color were black or some other dark color, you might be able to see it, but you'll have to stare at it for a while to even notice it. The software's interface is a little disappointing, and to make sure you save your keyboard shortcuts, you need to click "Apply [Application]". Saving a copy of a profile is an adventure in itself as the save and load icons are not what they seem. What I thought looked like a download icon is save and save to download. I always have to check the files window when trying to save or open a profile. In general, this keyboard has worked perfectly until the last three updates in Windows 10. If you bought this keyboard and recently tried to install it but the software can't detect the device, it's most likely a Windows update that messed it up. This has happened to me on the last three Windows updates where the software didn't recognize the keyboard when it's clear the keyboard is plugged in and working. You can tell it works because it lights up and still works like a keyboard. In my case it still works like a keyboard but with the last known profile I loaded it with. When trying to change the profile in the software, the software could not recognize the keyboard. The next time you update Windows, the software can recognize the keyboard again. Then another critical Windows update and the software no longer recognizes the keyboard. I can still use the keyboard with the latest profile loaded for Overwatch, but my muscle memory for other games that I can't load a profile for has made this keyboard somewhat useless to me due to a windows update corrupting software or features trying you to recognize the keyboard. Tried to disconnect, reconnect. Digging into Device Manager to uninstall drivers, uninstall WD software, reinstall Windows, throw a party, build a temple to donate my million plush Pokémon, and still nothing to do with the software to get the device to be recognized. I took the trouble to look for a solution to this problem, even went to their website and checked for the latest drivers for the CMS (they can be found in the mouse section of the site because there is an error loop in the keyboard section, which they haven't fixed it yet) and so far no luck to fix the device not being recognized. This is a good keyboard for gamers if you're happy with the default settings and don't intend to customize the keys for your own convenience. If you want to customize, find something more stable like the Razer Tatrus/Orbweaver or the one-handed Koolertron keyboard. I like the keyboard. When it worked
