Windows 10 updates break keyboard software

I bought it on December 24, 2018. Arrived in test packaging, the box has no dents and works perfectly. I had to take the time to transfer the macro to the cloud drive as my gaming PC doesn't have a DVD drive to read the disc. Basically plug and play, and the default keyboard shortcuts are the same as on a regular keyboard. This can be changed in the software after installation. However, the software runs in full dark mode, which is fine, but the fonts in the software don't contrast, making it…

Apart from the false advertising (which lost a whole star), I think it's worth the asking price. The technology allows you to fully customize the backlight” – the statement is 100% FALSE. There are 5 presets. All but one of these presets use a rolling rainbow color scheme that cannot be changed. Useless compared to a regular keyboard, but pretty good with a few tweaks.
