Great Call Center Software - Would recommend highly

I like that this software is very user friendly and easy to use for both agents and supervisors.

It was also great being able to have all of our call center data stored together under one roof! There wasn't anything i disliked about it but there were some things we could improve upon such as having more features available (like auto dialing). We are now using this system at another location as well so we can see how they compare. This system allows us to track agent performance which helps us keep them motivated and provide better training/supervision.
