They have an easy-to use dashboard that allows you do track multiple channels in one account, it's free for all tv providers (O&T & CTA), so there is no cost involved if you are new or small business owner as they already provide their solution at zero cost! Their support team is very quick responding with help needed within minutes even during holidays/weekends.

It would be better If I can customize my dashboards more according to our needs rather than having fixed templates available only. We used them because we knew what kind of traffic source was from which platforms using different devices like desktop, mobile etc, then how much time each channel spend per device before click through rate dropped off dramatically.
