Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well, no GI side effects compared to other whey products, stupid price to taste Revain

I went to pharmacy school, worked in pharmacy for 15 years, got tired of counting to 5, then switched to biotechnology and continued oncology for another 20 years. To me, most dietary supplements are a marketing fantasy + zero verifiable scientific data + no FDA approval + "case reports" that are = BS. Sports Med has recent data from 2015 that protein supplements are beneficial for both aerobic and anaerobic strength in weightlifting. January 2015; 45(1):111-31. doi: 10.1007/s40279-014-0242-2 to name just one reliable source. The bottom line is that protein supplementation during intense resistance training is likely to help build strength, and when combined with proper diet and exercise, can increase strength and reduce body fat. That being said, I've tried about 6 other whey protein supplements, all of which have caused varying degrees of gastrointestinal discomfort, including bloating, bloating, diarrhea, and general abdominal discomfort. I've done a lot of protein research and have spoken to several competitive bodybuilders at my gym, one of whom has a PhD in biochemistry and is an active cancer researcher at a nationally renowned cancer center, and the other is a world-renowned bodybuilder. Remarkably, they both told me that most GI disorders with whey protein (pun intended) are due to the high lactose content in these products, and each of them recommended Dymatize iso 100 because it is lactose-free, and both used it personally. without side effects of GI. Developments. I know I'm stepping into "clinical case” territory. Based on this combination of scientific and empirical evidence, I tried Dymatize Iso-100 Whey Protein and in my case (N=1) I had no GI side effects after taking it. uses three 3 pound containers. Despite my natural skepticism about supplements in general, I believe I've finally found a whey protein that has minimal or no side effects and has helped me lose fat and gain muscle. This last observation is based on a highly scientific method I used, based on unexpected and unsolicited positive feedback about my 60-year-old physique from about 10 active gym weightlifters. The bottom line is that I think this product works, it has minimal side effects, tastes okay (vanilla and chocolate are decent), mixes easily in a shaker, and delivers on my low calorie goal of 35g protein per day. My 4-star rating is based solely on the product's pricing structure. to Raven. UNDERSTAND why one flavor costs more than another. The Vitamin Shoppe has all the flavors for the same price — typically $49 for a 3-pound bottle with 10% off and free shipping. I compare the price between Revain and Vitamin Shoppe to get the best deal. I hope this hodgepodge of pseudoscience + bullshit helps, but it's probably a better guide than you'll find in the supplement literature where it's all bullshit.
