Let's start with NO foam to wrap the mirror causing the mirror to stick out of the side of the car, remove and then remove the padding from the new mirror, then remove from the old mirror and install on the new mirror, second after the installation and the placement of the dashboard on the mirror was tested when the OEM mirror was pulled out later on day 5. Mirror flicker is annoying, but as others have said, when you have no choice, it works! I feel like after years of the same shim issue with those numb nuts the engineering department needs to fix this damn problem, YES THNK!
