Too thin and light in the "impact area " of the foot.
These socks were advertised as "cushioned in the impact area" but I think they are useful, maybe for walking, not long distance running. Moisture-wicking properties and pleasant colors. However, I would have preferred Nike 1/4 cotton socks, which offer better cushioning overall.
