I was really looking forward to this stainless steel mini cupcake pan. This pan is slightly smaller than the standard size mini muffin pan. Therefore mini muffin cases are not suitable as they are too big to fit in the pan. I have tried liners from several brands. All bets are big. Meanwhile, to use this pan, you need to really grease the pan and not oil, very greasy. Otherwise everything stays put. Quiche Muffins. I'm trying to cook healthy food for my 4 year old. So this pan is crap. The full size muffin pan from the same company is awesome! It really is a full size muffin tin!
