Xfinity? - Mobile phones

Received an Xfinity mobile device. It works with my T-Mobile SIM card. But I read that T-Mobile is blocked, so I ordered this. WiFi calls don't work for me. 4G is disabled when Wi-Fi is enabled and routes callers directly to voicemail. Bloated software or Xfinity Contacts cannot be removed. Luckily, if I ever need T-Mobile info or need to use Wi-Fi, my old phone still works. Aggravating.
