I couldn't use the designed brackets because (I found out by reading the included instructions) the installer broke both brackets for side mounting mine LG dishwasher. For side mounting, LG has side-mounted brackets that are accessible through holes that come with plastic covers. So I had to make some new brackets using the brackets that came with the kit and metal snips. The time will show.
