The plastic bag was opened and the screws were missing. I was able to use the straps but had to buy screws from the hardware store. I'm not impressed.

Our dishwasher looked like a glove box as it used to only be fixed with screws on the side and the metal brackets were torn off when we replaced the floor. Easy installation, durable hood.

I've given up on replacing these braces for a long time, instead attaching metal straps to them. Using the real deal is a much better plan; They were easy to install and from the moment they were installed they were rock solid.

We have an LG dishwasher and for some reason it only came with one of the brackets to attach it to the countertop. I ordered this kit and installed a second one to secure it properly. The product worked perfectly and is fully consistent with what was in my dishwasher.

I had to look at other customer reviews to see if these brackets would work with my LG dishwasher (model LDF5545ST). I'm happy to report that they worked and saved me $250 in maintenance for a year old machine. That being said, it seems like the manufacturer of this product should have a more complete list of LG device models that are referenced in their product description.

I couldn't use the designed brackets because (I found out by reading the included instructions) the installer broke both brackets for side mounting mine LG dishwasher. For side mounting, LG has side-mounted brackets that are accessible through holes that come with plastic covers. So I had to make some new brackets using the brackets that came with the kit and metal snips. The time will show.

Minus one star for the shipping fiasco. The package status has been updated and says they tried to deliver. With someone at the address day and night with no sign of an attempted delivery, this was a lie to cover up Blue Star's delivery delay.
